shipping calculation error using class

    I have several shipping classes which work. I have one for Magazines which is less than the No Shipping Class amount which is $12.95. The problem is when a customer purchases a second item in that shipping class instead of adding $1 to the base of $5.95 WC subtracts $6.00 and charges only $.95 shipping for the order.

    How do I fix this?
