Shipping calculation issues

Hello

So far your plugin can do the following:

-Selling a monthly subscription box with a monthly flat shipping fee
-Subs can pay monthly, a year in advance, semi-annually, quarterly
-item can be set to ship monthly

Now I was wondering if your plugin can do the following:
-If they choose monthly I’d like the shipping cost to be added to the monthly recurring (i used the demo but it’s unclear on the check out page I see “ex shipping” in the recurring part)
-If they’re paying annually I’d like the fee of the shipping to be added for 12 months
-If they’re paying semi-annually I’d like the fee of the shipping to be added for 6 months so on and so forth
