Shipping Calculation not working = no shipping :(

    Hi there. I’m using the Canada Post Basic plugin on two websites. The one was working just fine, but not they’re both giving me issues. The shipping calculator doesn’t seem to be working quite right. On riversoapwerkz.com it would populate the options for shipping, such as regular mail, express post and so on. But now both my sites, riversoapwerkz.com and doubledownbows.com give me the “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    I also activated debugging but not quite sure what it all means, maybe it will help you help me ??

    I’ve been trying everything and I’m out of ideas, so frustrated ?? Help please!

  • Can you provide the debug information by removing sensitive information? We want to see the source and destination information and package details.
