• Okay, I have gone through each line of the UPS shipping documentation to make sure the shipping calculations and everything are set up correctly. I have read the “Before you post” thread on this forum and followed all those instructions. I have verified with UPS that the account and key are both active. Still, my clients’ site is not calculating shipping and I cannot figure out the issue.

    WordPress 4.2.4, WP Ecommerce Version 3.9.4

    I have tried clearing the theme cache, moving the country above state in the checkout, and everything else I can think of.

    I did read somewhere that once updated to 3.9.4 you need to make sure your checkout page is the 3.9 template. How do I know? I used headwaythemes v.3.5.13 to build the theme.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
