• Hello,

    First of all, awesome plugin!

    1. I have an issue with the fact that the checkout shipping area does not take the data from the shipping calculator when I go back to edit the cart.
Moreover, if the shipping checkout has data, when I go back to the cart, the shipping calculator get the data from the checkout inputs, not the data (state, city, postcode), that I’ve previously written.
Can you help me with that, I want to use Fluid Checkout for my current project.

    2. Do you have a release date for the Premium version? I want to purchase it and have full support.

    Thank you!

    Hi @romeoks,

    1. Sorry, I did not completely understand the problem. Could you explain what is the current behavior for the following flows, and what is the expected behavior?

1.a. When you change the shipping data at the shipping calculator section on the cart page, does it get transferred to the checkout page?

1.b. When you change the shipping data at the checkout page, does it get transferred to the shipping calculator section on the cart page when you go back to edit the cart?

    2. The PRO version is in the makings, although, I do not have a precise date for the release.

In case you need the PRO version with the features that are already implemented, please contact us via our support channel at:

    Best.

    Hello Diego,

1b. The data doesn’t flow back to the shipping calculator (located in the cart page) from the checkout.

I am interested in the plugin, but in my current project I need at least for the calculator (from the checkout) to have implemented an button for submit, rather the quick check of data thag Fluid is doing in background. I use the shipping calculator for the shipping zones in this project.
For instance, I’m using postal codes to check the shipping zones and Fluid is checking while the user types the data.
I prefer to have a button to submit the data, when the user completes the typing actions.

I want to purchase the plugin, but I need support for my clients. I’m reading about people loosing orders and they say it’s because of Fluid Checkout and that is something that I can’t afford.
I need simple insurances, in order to also take good care of my clients.

    Thank you for your time,
    Romeo
