Shipping Calculator Default Country

    First off, great plugin and thank you for maintaining it and keeping up with support!

    Since the majority of my buyers are located in the USA I would like the shipping calculator to default to the US when a user clicks “calculate shipping”. The default option is currently “Select a Country…” and US buyers have to scroll through the lengthy country list.

    I have hooked into the Woocommerce filter default_checkout_country to set the default shipping/billing country field in the checkout form, but I cannot find an action or filter which will hook into the country dropdown of the calculate shipping widget.

    Any assistance is appreciated!

    Hi sjs719,

    This is a WooCommerce functionality. It is not in the scope of our plugin. But still, I would like you to have a look in this code snippet.
