Shipping Calculator not showing up on page

Hi,

the product that you are checking is out of stock, go to this product

https://zootscooters.com.au/shop/product/zoot-my22-milan-50cc/ and then select any variation then you can see the calculator

So if the item is currently out of stock they will not see the shipping calculator? Is there any way to change that in case the customer wants to see the shipping for when the item does come into stock?
