Shipping & Cart Issues

Hello!
I’m having some trouble with shipping settings.
Issue 1. When an item is added to the cart, a ship-to location is automatically set to the state of Oklahoma (the state where my business is located). I would like that not to happen.
Issue 2. The ship-to address is staying from whatever previous address was used. I would like that not to happen.
WooCommerce shipping settings:
Enable shipping calculator on the cart page – checked
Hide shipping costs until an address is entered – checked
Shipping destination: Default to customer billing addressI feel like maybe there are other settings causing these issues and I just can’t remember where to change them. Please help. Thank you!
