    I am not sure I understand your question. I think you are looking for some mechanism to adjust the price.

    This version of the plugin doesn’t have the option for adjusting the price. However, the plugs version have this feature inbuilt.

    Also, you can do this by Woocommerce filter ‘woocommerce_package_rates’, You may need to do some custom programming for this.

    Ok if I have the premium version of the plugin then i can adjust the price

    Yes sure, The Plus version has the option to adjust the price.
