    Hi there,

    That certainly does sound strange! The settings shown in your screenshot look ok, and it sounds like it is working ok on the Cart page so it’s strange that just the Checkout page is behaving differently.

    Please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can check things out and also take a look at your site. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.

    Also, please send the URL to a product you are testing with, and a shipping address you are testing with.

    Finally, please send screenshots of your list of Shipping Zones under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.
