Shipping charges is higher than our product price

    Hi There,
    One of our customers tried to place an order from Israel for 3 products worth $42. But during the checkout process, she had to pay shipping charges of $43 for each product. I wanted to understand the reason behind charging so high. Kindly help me resolve the matter. Hoping for an immediate positive response.

    Shipping rate depends on many factors like:
    – weight
    – dimension
    – originating location
    – destination
    – carrier

    If unsure you can enable Debug Mode and send us log to https://1teamsoftware.com/contact-us/

    then we should be able to see what is happening and tell you a possible reason
