Shipping Charges Issue

We are currently using wordpress version 4.2.1 and woocommerce jetpack version 2.1.3.
We are using “Prices and Currencies by Country” to add country wise product price.
We would like to know how do we change the shipping charges as per the location, we have attached 2 screenshots to display price in dollar and rupee, here the shipping charges are not getting converted while changing from dollar to rupee.
Currently, the shipping charges are displayed properly in dollar outside India, but in India the shipping charges are not getting converted.
