Shipping Charges issue

  • Hello friends…
    I want to have shipping rates as per given below…
    For ex. I am leaving in NY city

    Particulars NY Outside NY
    Minimum Order 300 300
    Delivery Charges 30 50
    (if below minimum order)

    I gave tried many plugins but not getting the desired output… Can anyone plz help me.

    Sorry for above mistake…

    For example…I am leaving in NY. My minimum order is 300$…if its below 300$ charges for delivery would be 30$ in NY city and outside NY city 50$….

    I have tried many plugins but not getting the desired output….
