• Hi,

The plugin looks great, thanks for the hard work, but I wonder if it is possible to make the price I charge depend on the shipping class I have defined for each product. F.ex. it would be nice to be able to charge for a medium or large Omniva parcel box if the order contains at least one product of said shipping class. I also have some bulky products that needs to be excluded altogether from parcel machines.

    /DN

That’s a great idea, I’ll definitely add it to roadmap, but not sure when the release date will be.

    Thanks, sounds great.

As a workaround for the time being, do you think it would be possible to install your plugin for example three times, perhaps with slightly different names, and then use something like Conditional Shipping and Payments https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/ to make each of those three instances of your plugin available depending on the basket contents. I know the second part is possible, I am more asking about the possibility of installing several version of your plugin, or alternatively duplicating the Omniva/Smartpost shipping method inside one version of the plugin?

As a test I managed to create three Omniva Estonia tabs “Omniva Estonia S | Omniva Estonia M | Omniva Estonia L” in the Shipping settings, each with a different price and they are then excluded based on the largest shipping class present in the basket. In other words, works great. Only problem is the steep price of the other plugin and eventually it will get messy with 3-5 versions of each shipping method for each country.
