    Hello,

I need a help to understand what can be wront with my website. I started to setup woocommerce to work with shipping. After create some shipping areas and shipping class I tried to assign a shipping class to a product, however there is no option in the shipping tab, only the weight and sizes of product.

What is weird is that If I try to setup a variable product the shipping class is
available, so I cant setup a shipping class to only simple products. I would like to know what can I be doing wrong.

  • Do you have any third party plugins?
There are errors in browser console on product edit pages?

    Hi @leandrorocha,

To add to what @kursora mentioned, I would test to see if there is a theme or plugin conflict. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/). This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

Then, to test, please temporarily switch your theme to one of our default – Storefront or Twenty Seventeen, then deactivate all plugins except for one – WooCommerce, If it shows correctly, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Reactivating each plugin one at a time, then see if the issue pops up again will tell us which plugin is conflicting.

    Thanks!
