Shipping Class not being detected

Hi there.
I have just created a shipping class of ‘Free Delivery’ and updated my shipping zone to charge 0 for this class.I have amended a couple of products to use the new shipping class, but when I checkout, the normal shipping price is displayed.
Is there something else I need to do beside setting the zone, class and the product?
