Shipping Classes are not working

  • i have my zones set up and i have my classes set but on the product page it says “no shipping were found” i dont understand what im doing wrong. I should mention that i have gooten and printful connected to my website does that have something to do with it? when i choose any of the gotten classes those work but not the ones that i created

    sorry i thought i was in fixing wordpress.
    what plug in am i using for shipping? im not sure i dont think im using a plug in?
    i hover over woocommerce then click settings then click shipping and i have shipping classes set up and i assigned my products that shipping class but it doesnt work but when i assign them any of the gooten shipping classes it works
