Shipping Confusion

Hi there, I formerly used Table Rate Shipping plugin but now after updating WooCommerce it no longer works. I simply want to set up UK Shipping to only certain postcodes within a 20 mile radius and they have two conditions:

1. Under ￡150 spend is ￡15.00 shipping
2. Over ￡150 spend is Free shipping

I have been amending the Classes and Methods all day but can’t seem to get it to work correctly. Any advice most welcome.
