Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for sharing those screenshots: This is indeed a weird behavior.

I have a few questions for you:

1. Did you try creating a test order to see if the same behavior states?
2. Also, are you using the Professional extension? I ask this because it includes a setting to store the PDF documents in your server, Keep PDF on server, and you may be seeing an old version of the invoice.

Yes, this happens with all orders, and other plugins do not have such calculations! No, I have not tried the professional version.
