We have set shipping costs earlier and everything went fine until updating to latest Woocommerce plugin version. After update shipping cost rise x100 times to original ones. I tried replacing , to . on prices and now everything works fine. Problem still is why on this site we have to use . instead of , when on our other website we didn’t had to make any changes to shipping costs?

  • Hi there @asna,

I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve experienced with shipping costs after updating to the latest WooCommerce plugin version.

I can confirm that this was a bug already reported here, and our developers are working on a fix. Also, sites affected are those that have defined one or more Flat Rate shipping options;?and?if they have set the thousands and decimal separator fields to the exact same symbol.

You can find more details in this article here.

Let us know if you have any questions.

I am also having problems with the shipping rates today. Eg. one shipping cost is 79 SEK, but now its 790 SEK . Everything looks normal in settings, there its 79,0 SEK.

I solve the issue with removing the decimals or replacing , with . for the price in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping zones >Edit(the Zone) > Edit(the shipping method)

    Hi @saunadofter,

I understand you’re also experiencing an issue with the shipping rates, where it’s showing as 790 SEK instead of 79 SEK. I confirm that this was a bug related to the separator in your shipping settings.

You may find further details on this here.

I’m glad you were able to fix the issue by changing the separator in your shipping settings.

Now everything works fine as before with latest update so we can use , as separator again.
