    Which country is your web shop based in?

    Netherlands based.

    Please reply. shipping cost is not showing.

    In admin it is showing “DHL for WooCommerce” menu.

    Also i have checked “Test connection and retrieve account data” . It is showing “Connection Successfull”.

    Thanks for using DHL for WooCommerce. It’s unfortunate to hear that an issue has occurred on displaying the shipping rates. Can you send an e-mail [email protected] with information regarding your issue? We have an excellent support staff to guide you through the process and see what we can do. Since shipping methods are calculated based on available services, maybe some services haven’t been enabled yet for your API credentials.
