Shipping cost for Google Ads

    The google merchant center keeps giving a problem with the Google Shopping template. It asks for the shipping cost. When I want to add this it keeps loading infinitely, so it gets stuck somewhere in the process.

    On top of the Google Shopping template I add 1 attribute:
    – Google Attributes: Shipping
    – Type: Attribute
    – Value: Shipping Cost
    – Suffix: EUR
    – Output Type: Price

    Anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong? If I get rid of the last line, it works. But Google Merchant Center needs that shipping value.

    The possible reason could be a feed misconfiguration that needs to be inspected to find the issue. So, Would you mind giving us the feed URL along with screenshots of the Feed settings and the error report produced by Google Marchant? It will help us to pinpoint the issue more efficiently.

    Hi, I have a similar issue to this, I am using free shipping and flat rate, but free shipping depends on a certain amount.

    How do I configure this?

    You can set “FLAT RATE” shipping and “Free Shipping” from Google Merchant Center.

    I have a similar issue, my store in in USD and shipping costs are shown on the feed with USD but selling on multiple currencies says every country must have their currency in shipping cost.

    i was able to get this format : US::Standard Free Shipping:0 USD, CA::Standard Free Shipping:0 CAD, UK::Standard Free Shipping:0 GBP

    but when i put in static value for shipping attribue it doesn’t show on the feed.

    what am i doing wrong here ?

    ps when I put shipping(google format) in shipping google doesn’t rencognize the country.
