Shipping cost is always 0, but it shouldn’t

    Hi

    On Google Shopping all products have 0 shipping cost:

    <g:shipping>
    <g:country>CH</g:country>
    <g:service>Inland Table Rate Shipping CH</g:service>
    <g:price>CHF 0</g:price>
    </g:shipping>

    I’m using Tree Table Rates for the shipping calculation, but not know if this is the cause of the problem.

    The field is linked like this:

    g:Shipping -> Shipping

    Any advice on how to get the shipping costs correctly ?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Changes are big this issue is caused because of incompatibility with the table rate plugin you are using. We have not made our plugin compatible with that.

    Not sure if its an option for you but you can also configure shipping costs directly in your merchant center instead of your feed. Please see: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6069284?hl=en
