Shipping cost not calculated for split orders

    Issue: I have USPS shipping method plugin to calculate the shipping cost for me. I set shipping cost to be “Shipping class based” in Order Splitter. But when I split the order, both my parent order and child order do not have shipping cost calculated for each order.

    My usage scenario would be: The order split and shipping cost calculated separately for parent order and child order.

    I have no issue if I choose shipping method to be flat rate.
