Shipping cost per vendor in checkout

    We are struggling with the calculation of shipping cost per Vendor. It does show shipping costs per vendor but in the checkout the free shipping overrules the total amount to pay.

    EXAMPLE: We have two items from separate vendors 1 item costs € 10,- and the other item € 103,50. ?In Woocommerce the settings for shipping cost are free on orders above €50,-

    We expect to see that shipping costs are calculated as followed:

    Item 1 – €10,- | shipping cost €6,-

    Item 2 – €103.50 | shipping costs Free shipping

    In this case the customer pays € 6,- for shipping item nr 1. (€10,-)

    Item nr 2 ( € 103.50) will be send free of charges by the vendor.

    How can we achieve that?

    The scenario you described—where shipping costs are split by vendors, and free shipping applies independently to eligible orders from each vendor—can be achieved using the Dokan plugin. Dokan offers a split shipping functionality, where shipping charges are calculated separately for each vendor. In your case:

    • Item 1 (€10): Shipping cost would be applied (€6 in your example).
    • Item 2 (€103.50): Free shipping would apply as it meets the threshold (€50).

    This ensures customers see and pay shipping charges based on each vendor’s specific conditions.

    However, to achieve this, vendor shipping must be enabled, which is part of Dokan’s Pro features. As per the www.ads-software.com forum guidelines, we are unable to discuss the premium features of plugins here.
