Shipping costs

    Hi,

    I am wondering what is happening to the shipping costs when two orders are combined?
    When both items have shipping costs, one of these costs should be removed.
    Also, for example when I have the option of free shipping when a certain cart amount is reached. I would like that the shipping costs to be removed when this happens when an order is combined and reaches this value.

    Dear Olga,

    We are providing an option of “consider parent”, so these kind of settings should be cloned from one order not the others. What do you suggest?

    So the shipping costs is not copied from the orders? The order will have only 1 time shipping cost?

    Correct, at least it is not summing up the shipping costs from all orders. But as you suggested, shipping should work according to the products and their shipping preferences, this might will require more work.
