  • By default you have an option called “Flat rate” to set as shipping cost. If you need more advanced shipping options, you should have a look at our shipping plugins, some of them are free:

Run far away from this. I have been trying to resolve a shipping issue with Jigoshop for about two weeks. I even paid $480 for tech support and have yet to hear from anyone. Maybe this post will stir up some action. So disappointed in Jigoshop.

@shanwhit – I’m really sorry that this has been your experience. At first report (February 10th) this seemed more like settings issue.

By Friday (February 13), I requested assistance and the programmers day was over by then (understandably). You ended up paying for support over weekend to expedite. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do anything because none of us were working this weekend (I didn’t even look at email the whole weekend).

We are very sorry about this.

Thanks, however I already appear to have Flat Rate Shipping enabled.

Just when I’m adding a product, I don’t see anywhere to specify anything related to shipping? Only things like SKU, Price, Weight etc

What you’ll need to do is purchase the Premium Shipping plugin from Jigoshop. From there you get to create shipping rules. You add the products you want to the rule you create. You can do things like 1-10 lbs $XXX or purchase $150.00 and get free shipping etc.

Thank You Michael and Amadeusz for fixing my issues. Much appreciated.
