shipping costs in wp shopping cart

Hi, I have a matrix of shipping costs based on weight including some items that are too heavy so need to be collected or delivered in person. So my questions is:

1. How do I automatically assign a shipping cost based on weight?
2. Is it possible to automatically display text stating that the item is too heavy to ship so needs to be delivered in person.
