Shipping costs not set in second language

Hi

I use woocommerce with wpml, table rate shipping plus (by mangohour) and 2 languages.
Default language is english, second is german.
I use variable products for diefferent product sizes with different shipping classes.
If I use the site in english language, all works fine. I get shipping costs as wanted in the cart. If I use the site in german, no shipping costs are set in the cart.
I disabled all plugins besides woocommerce, wpml and table rate shipping and switched to the default theme.
It is the same, no shipping costs in german…
