Shipping costs per order and per item

I sell different products that must travel by different shipping methods. My webmaster recommended your plugin as a solution and I have already bought and installed it.
Shipping of animals (a single cost per order). Shipping of frozen food (a single cost per order depending on the final weight of the set). Glass urns (unit shipping cost based on weight, with handling cost). Heavy substrates (unit shipping cost based on weight).

The problem I have is that the system adds the weights and does not set the unit cost. I need the same order that combines several products, the shipping costs are added depending on each added product.
