When we enter the shipping costs like € 4,95 its rounding to € 4,00 after saving

In our Woocommerce settings we have set 2 decimals. We also try the dot notation like 4.95 or 4,95

    Any idea?

    Hi @arture,

Thank you for posting your question.

Please let me know in which section of our platform the costs are being entered? Or, are you referring to the shipping costs within the Settings > Shipping > Zones section on WooCommerce’s backend?

I look forward to your reply.

    Best regards,

    Hi Edson,

Yes we are in that section. Then we want to change the amount of Shipping costs and after save this is round this number.

    Hi @arture,

Thank you for your reply and for confirming the section.

I am afraid this is an issue that you should check directly with the support of WooCommerce since our plugin has no control over the described behavior.

The issue you are reporting might be related to this github post:

    HI Edson,

This is not something related to Woocommerce. We discover that this only happens for our clients working with sendcloud. It looks like there is some round function after save.

Can you please look into this.

    Hi @arture,

    Thank you for your reply.

The issue could not be reproduced on our WooCommerce test shop.
    WooCommerce version: 8.4.0
    Sendcloud plugin version: 2.3.0

Our plugin has no control over the round function. Is the issue still present if you deactivate the Sendcloud plugin?

Please advise your clients to <a href=”https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025145011-How-do-I-create-a-support-ticket-” data-type=”link” data-id=”https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025145011-How-do-I-create-a-support-ticket-“>create a support ticket directly from their Sendcloud account if the issue is only occurring with Sendcloud plugin activated. They can mention this reference: post-17320154

    Best regards,
