Shipping costs sometimes not showing

    Hi, every second or third PayPal payment processed is not adding the shipping cost. Plus, sometimes it does add the cost but the PDF invoice doesn’t show it. Also, when free shipping becomes available, once their order goes over $85, it doesn’t show free shipping, it just leaves the shipping field blank.
    Any ideas? We are using the Simple template.

    This plugin integrates your site with Paypal payment gateway. It is not responsible for the issue with your invoice template.

    Please mention which plugin are you using to print invoices.

    The pdf plugin is called “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” but I do not think it is causing the issue. The reason why is because PayPal Express is not showing shipping, even before I print to pdf.

    If I use the PayPal Standard that comes with Woocommerce, instead of PayPal Express, it works, but when I turn that off and only show PayPal Express the shipping problem comes back.
