Shipping defaults to Flat Rate first

When you first go to the cart, you see Flat Rate shipping for $5.00 and the option to click “Calculate Shipping.” You don’t see Printful rates until you either click “Calculate Shipping” or you put an address in the checkout.

How do I get rid of the Flat Rate you initially see and just leave the “Calculate Shipping” button? In my woo commerce settings, Printful Shipping is the only shipping enabled.
