• I deactivated all plugins except for woocommerce and kadence, but still it is not showing. The shipping field and shipping details used to show in emails. Any idea what has changed? How do I get it back?

    I just tested using a different shipping address than the billing address, and both addresses appeared in my email.

    However, I found that only the billing address appears if you don’t have a WooCommmerce Shipping method. Is this the problem you’re having? Can you navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones and ensure you have a shipping zone with at least one shipping method? If you have a shipping zone and shipping method, check the Shipping Options tab to see if you’ve enabled the option to force the shipping to the billing address. This will also remove the shipping address and show only the billing address. Please let us know if this information helps you.

    Unfortunately that did not work. Are there any settings that need to be there for shipping zones or classes?

    Hello @carriescourses,

    Do you have a screenshot of what the email looks like in your Customizer or when you receive it? Do you see the billing address at all, or are both addresses missing? Could you check if there is CSS that causes the text to blend in with the background?

    Just the shipping address shows – you can see that here.?https://imgur.com/a/JJMLhb3 I can give you login details to my sites if you would like to see it. There is no extra CSS.? A developer I hired years ago might have put in something embedded into the files that I am not aware of.? If I give you login details, perhaps you can check… can I send them here?? Is it safe?
