Shipping Details not Refreshing

Hi. Whenever customers need to update their shipping information (EG: they have moved house, etc), when they change it after logging into their account, it doesn’t refresh to the new address unless I manually go into their order and edit the shipping information to re-pull it from the database (IE: I must click on “Load Shipping Address” and then save the order). Why does this happen? How can I fix it?? Thanks.
