Shipping different than default product class, but not free

Thank you for handy plugin!
Can you please tell us is it possible (and how to achieve) to set different shipping class for sample (so not default product shipping class), and also not to be free shipping.
For example, shipping for products is Priority1Inc, but for product samples we need to use USPS US $7.
