Shipping Duplicated on Cart/Checkout Page

It’s my first time using WooCommerce and I need some help here.

If I understand correctly, you only have 2 shipping methods, but your checkout is showing 3 instances. The third instance is a duplicate of your Domestic shipping.

It sounds like you may have made some internal changes (switched from one plugin to another).

Typically, issues like this is the result of a conflict. If not a plugin, then the theme.

As a first step, I would recommend you work through the following troubleshooting documentation to rule out a conflict:

I’ve tried with the conflicts suggestion and found out it’s all from the Weight Based Shipping plugin only. I deactivate/activate it but still this duplicated things happen.

Hi @kunee51!

OK, so it sounds like the the duplication disappears when disabling your Weight based shipping module.

Your next step would be to contact the author of that specific plugin, which you can do from here https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/weight-based-shipping-for-woocommerce/

If you know your way around CSS, you could use some CSS code as a bandaid to hide the duplication for now, until you have feedback from the author.

I would have looked at the CSS, but your site is in maintenance / coming soon mode.

Thanks for your reply @rynald0s, I will contact this plugin’s authors and I’ve look into the CSS and can’t find way to hide the duplication. Hope the author will have a fix for this a will posted it here when it done.
