    Hello,

I have set the minimum order value for free shipping for customers from germany to 80€.

But in a rare scenario one order value from a customer from germany was 9,80 € and got granted free shipping.

    https://ibb.co/n3J9Vxb Screen 1: order value: 4,90 € + Shipping Fees

    https://ibb.co/HT1Xj9x Screen 2: order value: 9,80 € –> NO SHIPPING FEES??

    https://ibb.co/whkn3L9 Screen3: order value: 14,70 € + Shipping Fees

Please help to resolve the issue.

    Best regards,

    Oskar Welz

    Hi Oskar, @owelz

I think this relates to the previous issue with the free shipping minimum settings; again, as a quick test, could you please save your free shipping settings as 80 without a comma or decimal separator?

I think the problem is that your site is picking up the 9,8 value as 98, I think any product or combination of products in your cart that total between 8,00 and 9,99 would cause this issue. As a quick test, I browsed your site and found an item that costs 9,9 (this one), and I got free shipping with just it in the cart.

This is a known bug with WooCommerce, and it’s been reported a few times, so our developers are aware of it and are currently looking into it. The current workaround is to re-save your shipping settings without a comma.

Please let us know if this helps.

Saving 80 without comma resolved the issue.
