    Hello – I’m experiencing an error with the free version of this plugin, with some browsers (not all.) I think I’ve narrowed it down to being related to chrome, and/or related to accessing the site on mobile or tablet.

    Instead of seeing the different shipping options, customers are given a message that no shipping methods are available at this time. I was thinking of purchasing the premium version of this plugin, but do not want to invest in that unless it works for all browsers and devices. Can you help? I have no idea if this is related to my WordPress theme or the plugin itself.

    This could be a browser cache issue. But we suggest you, to turn on the debug mode from admin panel to check the API request and response in cart page to find the issue.

    And how does one ‘check the API request and response in the cart page” exactly? Thanks

    Hello – I have determined that the bug is related to when a browser auto-fills in your address (this is a feature of Chrome, for example.) If you type in over the top of the auto-filled address, the shipping is correctly calculated and appears as an option to select.

    From the admin panel, you can activate debug mode to get API request and response.

    I have tried checking the API debug mode box. But I see nothing printed on screen, backend nor frontend.

    After checking the API debug mode from the admin panel, go to cart/checkout page and try shipping calculator.
