Shipping Error: "Some of your cart items are targeted specifically to certain…

I can’t remember which updates I have done recently or whether it has been a WP or plugin update done to cause this but at the moment people cannot order from my site: https://www.dolliegraphics.co.uk/

Note – I only ship to the UK

To go through the puchase procedure for e.g. https://www.dolliegraphics.co.uk/products-page/name-frames/super-star-word-art/ an error message shows up in the cart:
Some of your cart items are targeted specifically to certain markets. As a result, you can only select those countries as your shipping destination

I have seen some threads mention removing the target market from the category section. If I keep the UK box checked, the standard shipping price of ￡7.95 shows up BUT even if I then tick to accept this, the PURCHASE button doesn’t then go anywhere, it stays on the checkout page. It doesn’t take me to Paypal as expected.

IF I then REMOVE the target market box and select NONE as a previous thread suggests, when I go to the dropdown to select shipping country, NONE appear – as obviously I have ticked the NONE box under the categories setting. I then can’t see anything to tell me how much shipping is, or nothing to show my updated total price including shipping. The message showing up is then: Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order. This suggests that I NEED the category target market selected – ??

I will ONLY ship within the UK so how do I get around this?

It has worked recently and I try to encourage all orders through the site so not sure what update has changed this.
