    Hello

    We are having issues like some others whereby when a product is added to cart / checkout we get errors of there are no shipping options available.

    All was working perfectly before the recent update and now orders are coming through with no shipping costs attached to them.

    I understand that after the update, shipping options that were formerly present are now unavailable on your site, correct?

    For us to investigate this further, can you please share with us a screenshot of the following settings below:

    • General Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > General)
    • Shipping Settings (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hello,

    when a product is added to cart / checkout we get errors of there are no shipping options available

    I was checking on my end and the shipping method is visible, I added a London address and postal code to cart and checkout.

    You can create a staging site, we recommend WP Staging for this task, the goal here is to test without affecting the production site.

    Then on staging site you can switch the theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty, disable all plugins except WooCommerce, repeat the action that is causing the issue.

    See if the issue is present again, if not, you can reactivate the theme, and then the plugins gradually one by one, until you find what is causing the issue.
