Shipping fail after update

After updating WP E-commerce 3.8.14.1, the checkout process fails.
After item is added to cart, and clicking “checkout,” the shippping charge doesn’t update the order total so transaction cannot be completed. I am USA only market and my shipping settings are set to “UPS Standard” – but the pre-checkout page requires user to choose country and shipping method.
I have gotten same problem with clean install on another server, and here with plucins disabled and default theme active. So, something wrong in my store settings?
