Shipping Feature

Hi,
I would like to have shipping/delivery fee as per the Google miles. So just want to ask will it work with this plugin. https://codecanyon.net/item/shipping-rate-by-distance-for-woocommerce/21671361.

Also is it possible to have order type popu in the front instead of choosing at check out. I mean is it possible for customer to select pickup or delivery upfront or in advance instead of selecting at the end in check out.
