Shipping fee calculations

Thank you, now we know that there is no influence of another plugin to the formula, that’s grat already.

But I need to have TTC and HT prices so just delete the?taxes?is not a perfect solution. Can you please explain me how it works if I have taxes in my case it’s 20%

I just want to understand how with the TOTAL 19,35?€ , 20% tax rate and formula : 5 + [fee percent=”15″ min_fee=”3,99”] I have delivery fee ?7,42?€ ?

After extensive testing, It appears there is something odd with the formula 5 + [fee percent="15" min_fee="3,99"], as it results in 8,99 (as in, 5+3,99, disregarding the percentage part) during my testing.

When the min_fee="3,99" is taken out, the calculation is working as expected.

Therefore, I’d recommend revisiting the calculation on your end.

We are currently working on an issue regarding using commas on shipping values. Up until now, I haven’t seen the issue affect this specifically, but since we still haven’t figured out why this isn’t working, do you mind testing it to see if it changes anything?

Can you please check if everything works correctly if you use the minimum fee as 4, instead of 3,99 (or another number without commas)?
