Shipping fields hidden on checkout page

In the last few weeks this has stopped working. When you get to the checkout page, the shipping fields have an inline style of display:none. I am not sure what is causing that too happen. If we try to proceed with Paypal checkout, it says required fields not completed. But, we can’t fill them out because they are hidden.

I have tried changing to the Twenty Fifteen theme with the same result. I currently use a YooTheme. Our last PayPal transaction was 12/16 so it stopped sometime after then.
