    I am using this plugin. However, after clicking the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button when I go to the next page, I see only the Billing Address but no shipping address fields.

    1. How can I enable the Shipping address fields
    2. How can I ensure that the customer does not have to refill the fields for the shipping address and that his shipping address is the same as his billing address. They should not have to re type.

    Let me answer your queries separately.

    1. How can I enable the Shipping address fields

      We believe that the option “Force shipping to the customer billing address” would have been enabled inside the WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> Shipping Options page. Please check after changing this setting.
    2. How can I ensure that the customer does not have to refill the fields for the shipping address and that his shipping address is the same as his billing address. They should not have to re type.

      You can achieve this by configuring the shipping option as “Default to customer billing address” in?WooCommerce >> Settings >> Shipping >> Shipping Options.
