Shipping for google shopping ?

Hi,
after several attempts, I still have the same problem …
I want to add products to google shopping and I have this error message from google merchant:

missing delivery information: Please define at least one active shipping method for each target country, either in the ‘shipping’ attribute or in your account settings. Make sure that the chosen delivery method is compatible with this article. For example, the charges calculated by the carrier are associated with maximum weight and can not be used for heavy items. Note: Before importing a new feed, wait 15 minutes for the account settings to take effect.

I tried with “shipping price” “shipping label”, “free shipping” “with price” etc … What can i do ? Thanks.
