Shipping for some products

On my site at https://greenland-fishery.org.uk/shop I mostly use Free Shipping, but some products are large and expensive so I want to set them with a fixed shipping cost. I’ve discovered how to make a new Shipping Method and apply a cost to that – but it still leaves the shopper with the option to select Free Shipping. So, how do I remove the Free Shipping, from those products which will not be free?
