Our Flexible Shipping plugin dynamically calculates the shipping cost in the cart or checkout depending on specific circumstances and based on the cost calculation rules defined by the user. The shipping cost value provided by the plugin is not, let’s call it ‘fixed’ or ‘static’, but depends on which rule is dynamically applied. In order for the shipping cost value to be passed automatically to Google Merchant, it must be a fixed value set permanently and not depend on any variables, such as dynamically applied shipping cost calculation rule by the plugin. This is why, I’m afraid that unfortunately it will not work the way you expect and using a WooCommerce default Flat rate might be necessary in such case.
