    Hi,

I have successfully installed and tested woocommerce for accepting payments. A few questions:

    1) How do I request a refund for a usps label that I purchased through woocommerce (via my site)?

    2) When I was fulfilling orders, every single time I was prompted to selected the type of package from a long list of options. Is there a way to save “favorites” to save time?

    3) Is there a multi-order shipping option, to more efficiently process multiple orders? As far as I can tell, it is necessary to click on each order individually and create the shipping label.

    4) I read that Woocommerce is compatible with ShipStation – is that correct?

    5) Finally, I already have a paypal account, and am familiar with their systems. If I install the Paypal plugin – how does that work? Would ALL payments (including credit card) that pass through my shopping card be processed by Paypal (as my merchant account) from that point forward?

    Thank you,

    – Aaron

  • Hi @aaronr55!

    Thank you for reaching out.

    1) How do I request a refund for a usps label that I purchased through woocommerce (via my site)?

Could you please elaborate more about this purchase? Did you buy a product from WooCommerce.com?

    2) When I was fulfilling orders, every single time I was prompted to selected the type of package from a long list of options. Is there a way to save “favorites” to save time?

Could you please elaborate more about this? Where is this happening? It seems that you might be using a plugin for that.

Kindly share a screenshot of the prompt message for context; you can use the snipboard.io tool to share it.

    3) Is there a multi-order shipping option, to more efficiently process multiple orders? As far as I can tell, it is necessary to click on each order individually and create the shipping label.

It seems that you are using a shipping plugin; kindly share with us your system status to know more about your setup and point you in the right direction.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

    4) I read that Woocommerce is compatible with ShipStation – is that correct?

It is correct! WooCommerce has an official integration with Shipstation, and you can start using it for free for 30 days here:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/shipstation-integration/

    5) Finally, I already have a paypal account, and am familiar with their systems. If I install the Paypal plugin – how does that work? Would ALL payments (including credit card) that pass through my shopping card be processed by Paypal (as my merchant account) from that point forward?

Yes! If you select to have PayPal Payments, all the payments made through PayPal’s supported methods, will be processed by PayPal.

You require a PayPal personal or business account to use the extension.

    Check more about it: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#requirements

Kindly notice that this forum is for WooCommerce core queries.

For further questions about the PayPal Payments extension, kindly contact us at its dedicated support forum here:

    Thanks!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, (I think that at this point you have been able to find a solution) so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Thanks.
